Work experience

• Previous work in an intense and high-​velocity environment,​ could be an early stage startup,​ internship,​ or working on their own projects outside of work.​
• Experience working across the stack (frontend,​ backend,​ infra).​ We are open to people who lean towards the frontend or backend but they should not be completely siloed.​
• Experience or extreme interest in working on products for hardware,​ manufacturing,​ aerospace,​ defense,​ or industrial industries
• Strong frontend engineers (expereince with things like 3D visualizations or design work) would be especially helpful.​

Education

CS,​ Math,​ EECS or similar degree from a top university

Hard skills

• Strong coding abilities in most of the following:​ React,​ Typescript,​ Go,​ Python and AWS
• Specific deep frontend skills (react,​ visualizations,​ design,​ or performance optimization)
• C++,​ API or database design

Soft skills

• Mission-​driven and willing to work late hours in office,​ 5 days per week
