As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work within a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using PHP. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable, and efficient code while learning from senior developers and contributing to various projects. • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest PHP and web development trends.
• Assist in database design and optimization, primarily using MySQL or other relational databases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in software development practices, tools, and processes.
  
  

0-1 year of experience with PHP development.

• Proficiency in PHP (versions 7.x and 8.x).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Understanding of front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
