2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer role focuses on designing and building tools and systems that facilitate easier interactions for partner teams with the organization''s platform. This position contributes to launching new products and features, maintaining APIs and services, debugging production issues, and improving engineering standards and processes. The role is essential in reducing friction in meeting onboarding requirements, thereby supporting the organization''s operational efficiency and service quality.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and build tools that enable partner teams to interact more easily with the system.

• Collaborate with engineers across the company to launch new products or features.

• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across engineering teams.

• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.

• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

• Design and build tools and software that reduce friction in meeting onboarding requirements.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

• Five years of software engineering experience.

• Five years building software solutions at scale using Python, Ruby, Java, or similar languages.

• Five years making trade-offs between user experience and technical constraints.

• Five years translating business requirements into software designs.

• Five years debugging production issues across services and multiple stack levels.

• Five years building and maintaining production systems.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $224,000 to $336,000 per year.

• Sales commissions or bonuses, if applicable, are in addition to the base salary.

• Full remote work permitted.

• Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
