About the role

• We are looking for a strong full-stack developer to join our eProcurement platform team. Our platform powers workflow automation, supplier assessments, risk scoring, and buyer management for enterprise customers across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• You will own features end-to-end, from database schema to production deployment. The team is small, moves fast, and ships weekly. We value developers who have strong opinions, back them with evidence, and are comfortable being wrong when the data says so.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and ship features across the full stack: SvelteKit frontend, NestJS API, Prisma models, and PostgreSQL migrations
• Design and implement RabbitMQ consumers/publishers for event-driven integration between services
• Write database migrations, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity across multi-tenant buyer/supplier structures
• Deploy to Kubernetes via Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. You own the deploy, you own the rollback
• Write Playwright E2E tests and maintain test coverage for critical workflows
• Participate in architecture decisions: API design, schema design, security boundaries, caching strategies
• Debug production issues end-to-end: from the API gateway through NestJS to the database, reading logs across Kubernetes pods
• Collaborate with product owners and QA in a fast-paced, iterative delivery cycle

• Integrations you will work with
• Internal microservices communicating via RabbitMQ (score updates, form definitions, supplier events)
• External ERP systems (Odoo) for PO, GR, Invoice, and budget management
• Custom workflow engine with entity lifecycle management, custom fields, and scoring rules
• External data provider APIs for supplier due diligence and risk assessment
• Playwright E2E test suites for regression coverage

REQUIREMENT

• Strong foundation in TypeScript / JavaScript (you think in types, not just code)
• Production experience with at least one modern frontend framework (SvelteKit preferred; React/Vue/Angular acceptable if willing to learn Svelte fast)
• Production experience with Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS preferred; Express/Fastify acceptable)
• Solid understanding of relational databases: PostgreSQL, schema design, migrations, indexing, query optimization
• Experience with ORM tools (Prisma preferred; TypeORM/Sequelize acceptable)
• Git proficiency: branching strategies, merge conflicts, cherry-picks, rebasing — you navigate a multi-branch monorepo confidently
• Comfortable with Docker: writing Dockerfiles, docker-compose for local dev, debugging container issues
• Understanding of REST API design: status codes, pagination, error handling, versioning
• Can read and debug code you did not write. Most of your first month will be reading existing code
• Strong English reading/writing for code reviews, documentation, and commit messages
• Nice to have
• Experience with Kubernetes: deploying, scaling, reading pod logs, understanding services/ingress
• Experience with message brokers: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar (producer/consumer patterns, dead-letter queues, retry strategies)
• Jenkins pipeline authoring (Jenkinsfile, stages, parallel builds)
• Kong API gateway configuration (routes, services, plugins, rate limiting)
• Playwright or Cypress E2E testing experience
• Keycloak or OAuth2/OIDC integration experience
• Experience with pnpm workspaces, Nx monorepos, or multi-package TypeScript projects
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement/supply chain domain (PO, PR, GR, invoicing, supplier management)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Thai language proficiency (team operates in Thai; documentation is bilingual)

• Opinionated but not stubborn. You have strong views on how to build software, but you update them when shown better evidence
• Ship first, polish later. We deploy weekly and iterate. Perfection is the enemy of production
• You own what you ship. If your deploy breaks prod at 7 PM, you fix it at 7 PM
• You read before you ask. The codebase has documentation, plan files, and task cards. Use them
• You automate what repeats. If you did it twice, script it the third time
• You communicate proactively. Blocked? Say so in 5 minutes, not 5 hours
