In this role, you’ll design and deliver end-to-end features, influence technical direction, and help elevate engineering standards across the team. What You’ll Do

• Design & Architecture: Drive technical design for features and systems; document and present solutions.
• Build Great Software: Develop high-quality services, UIs, and data components using modern engineering practices.
• AI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and exploration of technical solutions; apply an AI-augmented engineering mindset to improve both speed and quality.
• Quality & Testing: Ensure reliability with automated tests and strong acceptance criteria discipline.
• Operational Ownership: Add observability, monitor health, and use data to improve system performance.
• CI/CD & Release: Contribute to fast, reliable build and deployment processes.
• Incident Response: Participate in on‑call rotations and help improve system stability over time.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, promote strong engineering habits, and influence team-wide technical decisions.
