Interviewing Process

• 4 rounds of interviews

Requirements

Must have:

• Solid & practical grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, Node.js, React.js, and any associated frameworks.
• Experience working at product-based companies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a practical approach.
• Experience with software development using AI (Claude Code, Copilot etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or machine learning development.
