LGYtech is a software company founded in 2009 that now builds its own products. We care about building long-lived, high-traffic, and reliable systems. We are looking for a junior software developer to join our remote team, grow our .NET infrastructure alongside experienced developers, and develop their skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications built on ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework 4.8)
• Support work on SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
• Assist the team with Redis caching and performance improvements
• Contribute to the development of real-time features using SignalR
• Build user-friendly interface components with jQuery
• Take part in debugging and refactoring work on the existing codebase
• Learn and support IIS deployment processes
• Participate in code reviews and help prepare technical documentation

Requirements

• Solid foundation in C# and .NET; 0-2 years of experience (internships and personal projects count)
• Basic knowledge of the ASP.NET MVC architecture (Razor, routing, model binding)
• Working knowledge of T-SQL and core database concepts in SQL Server
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS
• Solid grasp of OOP principles
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Analytical thinker who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and works well in a team
• Self-disciplined in remote work, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to stay in regular contact with the team during working hours and work with a stable internet connection

Nice to Have

• Experience with Entity Framework
• A project built with Redis or SignalR
• Familiarity with IIS and Windows Server environments
• Experience with Web API / RESTful service development
