About the Opportunity:

The STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER leads the team responsible for supporting and enhancing the code base for administrative and reporting tools. This role involves overseeing development practices for web and service integration platforms, guiding the technical vision in cooperation with UX/UI teams, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver effective tools. The position also requires identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues while coaching and training a team of full stack developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the implementation of product and service integration architecture.
• Prioritize and manage development efforts to meet product feature requests promptly.
• Define and design architectures and solutions in collaboration with enterprise architects and management to create scalable and robust web applications.
• Develop technical specifications and test plans.
• Write and maintain automation scripts for testing and monitoring solutions; collaborate with DevOps for production deployment.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of enterprise web development experience.
• At least three years leading software development teams.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise technology stack.
• Proven ability to apply technology solutions to business challenges.
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with full development stack, including Java EE backend and Angular frontend.
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to stakeholders.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
