About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across the entire software development lifecycle. As a key member of a cross-functional team, you will work on projects that span from front-end interfaces to back-end logic and database management. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and comfortable moving between multiple projects as business needs evolve. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust, reusable, and high-quality software that meets our clients' needs and aligns with our strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably at a senior analyst or analyst level
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming principles
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including PHP, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of API integrations, RESTful web services, and working with structured and unstructured databases
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, and development tools such as Jenkins and Jira
• Experience with AI coding tools, preferably Cursor, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software applications and components for market sale or proprietary use
• Make informed design decisions that promote reusability, extensibility, maintainability, and minimal coupling
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high-quality solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving platforms, programming languages, and web/database technologies
• Align development efforts with business initiatives and technology strategies
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development team
• Mentor and advise team members, serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Develop and manage containerized applications to ensure portability and scalability across environments
• Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet organizational goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
