2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support the organization’s core business operations. This role is essential to advancing the company’s technology capabilities and ensuring reliable, scalable applications that meet business needs and enhance service delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and develop highly scalable, resilient, and responsive software applications

• Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional product, sales, and operations teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, optimized, and thoroughly documented code following modern industry best practices and standards

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and upgrade legacy internal systems to ensure high-performance continuity and platform stability

• Participate actively across all phases of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial architecture design to production deployment and long-term support

• Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive internal technical documentation, system diagrams, and API schemas

• Stay continuously updated on emerging technologies, cloud framework advancements, and automation tools to propose progressive platform improvements

4. Requirements:

• Proven professional experience working as a Software Engineer, Application Developer, or Systems Engineer within a structured engineering environment

• Foundational development proficiency in one or more core enterprise programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Practical, hands-on experience designing schemas and managing queries across both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) database architectures

• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of core software development principles, OOP, and architectural design patterns

• Excellent logical analysis, debugging, and computational problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to operate autonomously, maintain high sprint velocities, and manage time effectively within a distributed remote environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating intricate technical workflows clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field is highly desirable but equivalent practical experience is valued

• Previous experience configuring, deploying, or managing workloads on enterprise cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly advantageous

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target hourly wage range: $30.00 to $65.00 USD per hour

• Final hourly placement within this established range is determined dynamically based on the candidate's technical evaluation performance, engineering depth, language expertise, and specific background in cloud architectures
