About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions that meet documented business requirements. This role collaborates with business analysts and systems architects to transform client goals into functional software, including web, API, and mobile applications, using both traditional and low-code/no-code development practices. The position supports federal clients and operates fully remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and translate them into software.
- Work with Systems Architects to select and implement third-party applications and tools.
- Develop web-based and mobile solutions using technologies such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Build and integrate APIs that support low-code and no-code platforms and workflows.
- Use BPMN models and low-code/no-code tools for application and process automation.
- Apply agile and hybrid low-code development methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with enterprise application development using web, API, and mobile technologies including Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Experience with APIs supporting low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Skilled in using low-code/no-code BPMN tools for business process modeling and automation.
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex, Microsoft SQL Server, and .NET.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Holds a Secret Clearance.
- SAFe Agile certification or an equivalent recognized certification.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range from $120,000 to $175,000 annually.
- Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
