We are hiring a mid-senior Software Engineer to own a product workstream end-to-end.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and ship features across our patient-facing web app — signup, identity verification, credit limit, loan and repayment — and the internal tools our Support and Operations teams rely on.
• Take work from an unclear requirement through to production, then operate it: monitoring, debugging, and the fixes that follow.
• Work directly with the people who make product decisions, in short cycles, without layers in between.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Four or more years shipping production web applications — or fewer years with clear evidence you have owned something significant alone.
• Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Our stack is Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Node APIs, Firestore, and Postgres, on Google Cloud.
• You have taken a feature from an ambiguous requirement to production and operated it afterward — including the bugs.
• Comfortable with the unglamorous half: data integrity, race conditions, time zones, third-party API quirks, and money-adjacent correctness.
• You use AI tools in your workflow and can explain how you verify their output.
• React Native experience is a strong plus.
• Fintech, lending, healthcare or any regulated-domain background is a plus, not a requirement.
