About The Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX and Design Systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our software infrastructure by developing new digital products based on a contemporary web stack. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality, user-centered web applications that enhance our service offerings. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services, APIs, and data models, while also creating reusable UI components and contributing to a cohesive design system. Your work will directly impact the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our digital solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and technical excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and a passion for user-centered design. You should have proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with TypeScript, and be familiar with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or similar. Strong UI/UX skills, including experience with Design Systems, component libraries, and tools like Storybook, are essential. Practical knowledge of backend technologies, REST APIs, relational databases like PostgreSQL, and cloud-based deployment environments such as AWS or Cloudflare is required. You should demonstrate a structured, self-driven working style with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Additional valuable skills include experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn-vue, Figma, and an interest in AI and machine learning applications within the development landscape.
