syncroPro AG is looking for a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend and Flutter development to help us build modern, high-quality business software for web and mobile.

In this role, you will work primarily on the user-facing side of our platform: creating responsive, maintainable, and

intuitive interfaces, integrating backend services, and contributing to mobile applications built with Flutter. You will be

part of a team building data-driven products with real-time elements, reporting dashboards, integrations, and mobile-

first user experiences.

What you will do

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, Pinia, Vue Router, and modern UI tooling.
• Develop and improve Flutter mobile applications.
• Create high-quality UI for dashboards, workflows, forms, charts, and operational tools.
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend developers on scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Improve code quality through refactoring, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Use Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to increase engineering productivity and quality.

What we are looking for

• Mid/Senior experience in software development with strong frontend expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Practical Flutter experience.
• Experience building API-driven applications.
• Strong interest in usability, mobile-first UX, and maintainable architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, including refactoring, code review, test generation, and documentation support.
• Good communication in Portuguese and English.
• German or French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting dashboards, real-time systems, integrations, or multilingual applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or workflow-heavy products.
