Qualifications

Minimum 4–5+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development, with a proven track record.

TypeScript Mastery: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend development, including a strong understanding of generics, utility types, strict type checking, and type assertions.

Frontend Expertise: Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query.

Backend Expertise: Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs using Node.js/Express or NestJS, with a well-structured architecture.

Database: Extensive experience in NoSQL data modeling with MongoDB, including query performance optimization, replication, sharding, and the use of TypeScript-based ODMs such as Mongoose or Prisma.

Architecture & Design Patterns: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Functional Programming, and the implementation of Design Patterns in production-scale projects.

Workflow & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
