At Novatium we build nearshore engineering teams for international clients. We're looking for Senior and Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineers to join a US-based technology client and help modernize and scale a business-critical product catalog platform.

Location: Remote – LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru)

Schedule: US Pacific Time hours

What you'll do

• Design, build and deploy catalog features end-to-end
• Develop APIs, business logic, data models and React UI components
• Take part in platform modernization and migration initiatives
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding and test automation
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Work closely with Product and Design in a distributed team (US, China, LATAM)

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Backend expertise in C#/.NET, Go, Python or Java
• React or another modern frontend framework
• REST APIs and microservices architecture
• MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• CI/CD and automated testing
• Experience with .NET or SQL Server AND a modern stack (Python, Go, Postgres)
• At least one platform migration in a significant role, plus familiarity with incremental migration patterns
• True full-stack profile: comfortable across layers, not a single-layer specialist
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Availability to work US Pacific Time hours

AI-driven development (required)

You use tools like Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot every day to ship production code. Knowing about them isn't enough. We'd like to hear:

• Which tools you use and in which workflows
• How you use AI across the SDLC: coding, testing, code review, documentation
• How you validate and correct AI output, and where it has fallen short for you

Nice to have

• E-commerce, product catalog or high-traffic consumer applications
• Azure or AWS
• Mentoring, incident ownership and shaping scope with Product (especially for Senior)
