As we continue to expand our digital capability, we're looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.

This is far more than a traditional software engineering role. About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Products leadership team, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and evolving the software platforms that support our customers and internal teams around the world.

Working across the full technology stack, you'll collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders and business leaders to deliver scalable, high quality solutions that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications across customer and internal platforms.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Develop secure APIs, backend services and database solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision making.
• Collaborate with engineers through design reviews, code reviews and pair programming.
• Deliver production ready software with a strong focus on quality, maintainability and performance.
• Apply AI development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining excellent engineering standards.
• Continuously improve existing applications and help modernise our technology platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical software solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture built on learning, ownership and continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building great products while working closely with a collaborative team.

You'll ideally bring:

• Approximately 7+ years' experience developing and delivering commercial software applications.
• Strong experience across modern full stack development.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of database design and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience building cloud based applications and services.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English, as you'll collaborate daily with our Australian engineering team.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot within your development workflow.
• The ability to take ownership from concept through deployment.
• A genuine desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
• Experience working within a product focused, startup or scale up environment will be highly regarded.
