About The Role

As a Senior/Lead .NET Fullstack Developer at Synechron, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying complex enterprise applications. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with .NET (Core and Framework) development is essential, along with a strong proficiency in Angular (version 14 or above). Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, deployment models, and related tools is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration, along with experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership abilities are critical. Certifications in Azure solutions architecture or development are preferred but not mandatory. Experience with microservices architecture and familiarity with other front-end and back-end technologies are advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our development team, your responsibilities will include leading the development and architecture of full-stack applications using .NET and Angular. You will design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions on Azure, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers, you will define and implement new features and functionalities. Your role involves coding, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. Mentoring and providing technical leadership to team members is essential, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will deploy and manage applications in Azure, leveraging services like Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, and SQL Database.
