Full-Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue.js) 

Project: Sociair – HRIS & Payroll System 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to join the Sociair Project, with a primary focus on building and enhancing our HRIS and Payroll module. This role is critical due to the sensitive nature of payroll operations, including financial data handling, automated tax calculations, and complex salary structures. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong backend and frontend expertise, along with a deep appreciation for accuracy, security, and scalability in financial systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

Backend Development (Laravel / PHP): 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Laravel (10+). 
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Laravel Sanctum or Passport. 
• Manage background jobs and queues for bulk payroll and salary processing. 
• Ensure high accuracy and integrity in payroll-related business logic. 

Frontend Development (Vue.js): 

• Build responsive and interactive Single Page Applications using Vue.js (Vue 3). 
• Manage application state using Pinia or Vuex. 
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend payroll APIs. 

Database & DevOps: 

• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, including audit trails and transaction logs. 
• Perform query optimization and indexing for performance-critical payroll data. 
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker. 

Quality & Testing: 

• Write and maintain unit and feature tests using PHPUnit or Pest. 
• Ensure reliability and zero-error execution of payroll processes through automated testing. 

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Laravel and Vue.js. 
• Strong proficiency in PHP 8+, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and MVC architecture. 
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, including indexing and query optimization. 
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching or queue management. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior experience developing HRIS, payroll, accounting, or ERP systems. 
• Familiarity with financial workflows and data-sensitive applications. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Nuxt.js.
