Company Description Masaro is building an AI voice agent tailored for construction teams, capturing continuous voice updates from the field and transforming them into a live, always-current execution schedule. The platform automatically detects delays, analyzes their impact, and adjusts project schedules based on real-time site conditions. By turning field updates into actionable project intelligence, Masaro provides real-time visibility into execution and clear traceability of changes. This enables construction teams to make proactive, data-driven decisions that improve coordination, reduce risk, and keep projects on track.

Role Description As a Founding Software Engineer at Masaro, you will design, build, and scale core product features that power the AI voice agent and real-time scheduling engine. You will collaborate closely with the founders and early team to define the technical architecture, implement back-end services, integrate data pipelines, and enhance performance and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing production-quality code, reviewing pull requests, setting engineering best practices, and helping shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback. This is a fully remote role. You will play a central role in building the engineering culture and contributing to strategic decisions as the company grows.

Qualifications

• React/Typescript/Node JS experience required

• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, with ownership over projects and technical decisions.
• Familiarity with AWS, RDBMS, and CI/CD workflows is beneficial.
• Experience with AI/ML, data processing, or voice/speech technologies in a production setting is a plus
