Role Description

The Software Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support production, quality control, and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services, integrating software with existing systems and machinery data, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal tools and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thessaloniki (Oraiokastro).


💡Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and customize the company’s Entersoft ERP system to optimize business processes.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing software applications and internal tools.
  • Design and develop new web applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather specifications and implement IT solutions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve software bugs and system issues.
  • Provide end-user support and respond promptly to technical requests.


🎯Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (University / TEI / IEK).
  • Hands-on experience with web development technologies (React, Next.js, Express.js, Docker).
  • Proven experience with Entersoft ERP.
  • Proficiency in relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Driver's license and personal means of transport required.
  • Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
