About The Role

The role involves building and scaling core user-facing products and the robust backend services that power them. The engineer will work across the entire stack, translating product requirements into reliable, responsive web applications used by thousands of customers daily.

The engineering team focuses on writing clean, maintainable code, optimizing application performance, and maintaining a high-quality user experience. The role requires a strong balance of frontend intuition and backend systems design to support continuous feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state-management libraries
• Build, test, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js, Go, or Python
• Optimize application performance and load times on both the client and server sides to ensure a seamless user experience
• Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee product reliability and prevent regressions
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product specifications, scope technical tasks, and execute on the roadmap
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
• Solid experience with backend technologies and framework ecosystems, specifically Node.js, Express, or Django
• Experience designing databases, writing complex SQL queries, and optimizing database performance in PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline configuration, or mobile development frameworks like React Native
