Role Description The
React Frontend Developer will work full time in a remote capacity, building and maintaining user-facing
web applications using
React and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive UI components, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers,
backend developers, and product stakeholders to transform requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces. The developer will participate in code reviews, write clean and reusable code, and help improve development workflows and best practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Candidates should possess skills in Responsive Web Design and modern UI/UX practices to ensure applications work across devices and screen sizes.
- Candidates should possess Web Development and Software Development skills, including familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git).
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to collaborate effectively with backend teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, or similar), state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
