🌐 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Assisted Developer to join an innovative project within the pharmaceutical sector, focused on building and integrating AI-powered applications and workflows.

The role combines hands-on full-stack engineering, AI agent development and software development best practices, supporting the design and delivery of internal AI tools using Azure AI Foundry.

🪛 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain internal AI tools end-to-end, including frontend interfaces, backend services and AI agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI agent orchestration, prompt logic and model integration pipelines.
• Build full-stack solutions using React/Next.js or similar technologies and Node.js.
• Build and maintain data storage and cloud infrastructure components, including PostgreSQL and Azure App Service.
• Implement the AI development lifecycle, including model/agent evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate AI into development workflows, including IDE, CI/CD and code reviews.
• Build QA automation and LLM-based evaluation pipelines for generative AI outputs.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, performance and scalability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to model drift, latency, token consumption, scalability and data quality.

🛠️ Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with solid experience as a Full-Stack Developer leveraging AI tools.
• Proven experience building production-grade applications.
• Strong full-stack development skills across frontend (React/Next.js or similar) and backend (Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including agent orchestration, model deployment and evaluation.
• Experience with Azure App Service and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real projects.
• Understanding of MLOps, including model versioning, CI/CD and monitoring.
• Experience with LLM-based QA/evaluation pipelines.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM limitations and validation/review patterns.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in pharma, consumer healthcare, life sciences or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with multi-agent AI systems in production.
