Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of microservices-based web applications, from initial concept through testing and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Define and evolve the company's IT architecture, including software design and infrastructure, to ensure scalability, security, and future readiness.
- Apply ITIL best practices to ensure operational excellence, actively participating in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
- Act as the primary technical contact for external software development vendors, overseeing deliverables to meet quality and architectural standards.
