Full Stack Engineer

B&T Development is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build, extend, and maintain modern websites and web applications. This role involves working across both frontend and backend systems to deliver fast, stable, and scalable solutions.

This is a remote role suited for engineers who can take ownership of projects and deliver reliable, production-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend interfaces using modern web technologies

• Build backend functionality, APIs, and server-side logic

• Work with databases to store, manage, and retrieve data

• Maintain and improve existing systems

• Identify and resolve technical issues

• Ensure performance, security, and stability

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar)

• Experience with backend development (Node.js, PHP, or similar)

• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)

• Understanding of full web application architecture

• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, maintainable code

• 2+ years of professional experience
