You will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, leveraging cloud technologies, open-source tools, and modern development practices to deliver high-quality solutions swiftly and efficiently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or other object-oriented programming languages. Candidates should have demonstrated experience mentoring junior and intermediate developers and guiding technical stakeholders. A bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven record of leading the full software development lifecycle are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of a dynamic team throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Act as a technical lead, owning the design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform applications that are fault-tolerant and scalable.
  • Continuously enhance the developer experience by identifying gaps in existing frameworks and tools and contributing to their improvement.
  • Establish and uphold engineering best practices, including code review standards, development protocols, and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support, defining standards and offering guidance to ensure best practices are maintained across projects.
  • Own architectural responsibilities, applying a deep understanding of evolving technologies, and contributing to high-level design documentation (HLD).
  • Mentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
