Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The role requires hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technologies, a strong understanding of APIs and databases, and familiarity with cloud platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features, improve system reliability, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications across front-end and back-end stacks.
• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Build and maintain server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Python and Ruby; design RESTful services and integrate third-party APIs.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize data access patterns.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery: participate in requirements, estimate tasks, implement solutions, and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automated tests (unit, integration) and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues in production, and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to technical design discussions, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, or demonstrable professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Proven experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React preferred, Angular experience a plus).
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in Python and/or Ruby and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS, including deployment and basic infrastructure configuration.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational databases; familiarity with data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and automated testing practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of features from concept to production.
