For our client, we are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on building and supporting scalable software solutions that improve user experience, system performance, and development efficiency. You will work closely with product, marketing, IT, and support teams to help shape priorities, refine backlogs, and deliver reliable technology outcomes. The position blends front-end development, backend services, and cloud-native engineering in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will also contribute to secure access, automated testing, and production stability for global users.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,900 – $155,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product managers, IT, and support teams
  • Participate in defining product roadmaps and refining development backlogs
  • Build scalable and robust front-end applications with modern frameworks
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices ensuring high performance
  • Create secure and responsive user experiences for global users
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and develop automated testing strategies
  • Troubleshoot production issues across the technology stack ensuring system uptime

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with security protocols related to remote access and VPNs
  • Proficiency in UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience using AI to enhance software engineering productivity
