About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full Stack Developer who can operate independently, take ownership of technical outcomes, and contribute at both the development and solution architecture level.

This is not a standard development role - we are looking for someone who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and confidently lead projects from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across the full stack.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Design system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models for new and existing platforms.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services across multiple platforms.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement early in the project lifecycle.
• Recommend and implement best-practice approaches rather than simply executing instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product teams, and leadership while working with minimal supervision.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with modern web application development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system design.
• Strong experience with API integration and building scalable backend services.
• Cloud platform experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong database design, optimization, and data modelling skills (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience delivering complete products or platforms end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.

• Has a strong track record of independently solving complex technical problems.
• Is comfortable balancing hands-on coding with architectural thinking and strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience with containerization and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, automation, and modern developer productivity workflows.
• Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring developers, or influencing engineering standards.

Candidates with experience limited primarily to maintenance work, support development, WordPress development, low-code platforms, or highly segmented enterprise environments where architecture and design decisions were handled by separate teams may not be suitable for this role.
