About the Role

At Rotate Digital, a Junior Web Developer will build and launch style guide websites for our clients on our in-house website framework. Every component (header, footer, FAQs, sliders, galleries, and more) is already built and documented, so your focus is on bringing each design to life: adapting styles, turning designs into clean, production-grade code, and delivering fast, polished websites on a tight, predictable timeline. You'll also pick up beginner-level ad-hoc requests on live client websites to broaden your skills.

This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to be trained and grow. You'll be learning directly from our senior development team, and the role has a clear path to Mid-Level Developer for team members in good standing.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours. You are free to work when you choose but we ask all employees outside of the USA to be available for communication and ready for last-minute urgent requests/meetings when necessary at anytime between 9 am - 3 pm US Eastern time.

Outcomes You Are Responsible For

Tangible, measurable results of the efforts to engage, support, and retain clients. These reflect the successful implementation of capabilities, duties, and skills, leading to the key achievements: client satisfaction, retention, referrals, upgrades, and overall business growth.

  • On-Time Style Guide Delivery

Why: SEO clients, typically, won’t see results within the first 3 months so delivering an exceptional website that will accelerate their SEO game plan early is crucial. Websites are incredibly important to the performance of any SEO campaign, especially in the long-term! So the impact that the website build has on the client’s experience with RD is huge.

Metric: Style guide websites completed within 5 business days, on or before the specified deadline (barring client delay)

Metric: 7–8 style guide websites delivered per month once fully trained

  • On-Time Ad-Hoc Support Tickets Delivery

Why: On-time Ad-Hoc delivery shows we respect the client's priorities and understand their urgency. It makes clients feel valued and supported, and they're more likely to listen when our CSM offers strategic recommendations.

Metric: Ad-Hoc Support Tickets completed on or before specified deadline (barring client delay)

  • Website Performance

Why: Rotate Digital needs to ensure that we are producing top tier websites that load faster, look better and rank higher than our competitors. By measuring the website performance we will be able to continuously evolve to create better websites for our clients.

Metrics: Page load speed and Core Web Vitals
