About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team working on fintech products and financial systems.

The role will focus on building modern, client-facing financial applications that may include user onboarding and account verification, account management, deposits and withdrawals, third-party integrations and other transaction-related workflows.

You will work across the frontend and backend, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and contribute to building secure, reliable and user-friendly applications.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Go
• APIs: REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Databases: PostgreSQL and relational databases
• Tooling: Git, CI/CD, Docker
• Testing: Unit and integration testing

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
• Professional backend development experience, preferably with Go
• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture
• Experience designing, building and integrating APIs
• Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and testable code
• Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Comfortable working in an office-first environment in Sarajevo

Fintech Experience Is a Strong Advantage

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly valued:

• Fintech, banking, payments, trading or financial platforms
• User onboarding and identity verification workflows
• KYC and AML integrations
• Deposits, withdrawals and transaction processing
• Authentication, authorization and role-based access control
• Secure handling of sensitive user and financial data
• Audit logs and traceable transaction workflows
• Integration with payment providers or other financial services
• Development within security- and compliance-focused environments

Previous fintech experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other domains involving complex, secure or transaction-heavy systems are also encouraged to apply.
