Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with SQL databases, database design, and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of frontend/backend architecture.
• Experience with authentication & authorization using JWT, and Spring Security.
• Strong knowledge of Git, unit/integration testing, and clean coding practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agents as part of the development workflow, with the ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.

Good to Have

• Experience with BPM tools and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience using AI-assisted workflows for testing, debugging, refactoring, code review, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using Next.js/React and Java/Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, secure, reusable, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and external services.
• Ensure code quality, testing, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct troubleshoots technical issues.
• Collaborate across the development lifecycle, from requirements and implementation through testing and deployment.
