About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building modern, scalable, and cross-platform
applications for
web and
mobile platforms. Your expertise will help shape the technological foundation of our innovative health and wellness apps, integrating artificial intelligence functionalities and
data-driven features to deliver personalized user experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the architecture and development processes from the ground up, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and domain experts to create user-centric, intelligent solutions that push the boundaries of digital health technology.
Qualifications
- Multiple years of professional experience in developing web and mobile applications, preferably using cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, API integration, data modeling, and backend connectivity.
- Proficiency in AI-supported software development and modern, data-centric development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a pragmatic approach, high quality standards, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
- Additional advantages include experience in data analysis, security-by-design principles (including threat modeling and secure APIs), and working within regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, cross-platform applications for web and mobile, ensuring scalability and future readiness.

- Participate in building a software platform that translates medical expertise into impactful digital tools, fundamentally rethinking healthcare applications from scratch.
