Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB / ExpressJS / ReactJS / NodeJS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and reusable user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend libraries.
• Build secure and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, collections, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and queries.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, Passport.js, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, payment gateways, and enterprise applications.
• Develop reusable components and implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support while following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
