About the role

You'll join a small, fast-moving team where your work ships quickly and actually reaches users. This isn't a role where you're boxed into one layer — you'll touch product, frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and your ideas will shape what we build. If you like ownership, variety, and seeing your code go live, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Build and ship features across the frontend and backend
• Design and integrate REST APIs and work with databases
• Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and product decisions
• Own your work from idea to production
• Debug, optimise, and improve performance across the stack
• Contribute to a clean, well-documented, and scalable codebase

What we're looking for

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, with React (or similar) on the frontend
• Backend experience with Node.js / Python / .net
• Comfortable with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Git, CI/CD, and a habit of writing maintainable code
• Good communication and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end

Bonus points

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations, Docker, or FastAPI
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or modern AI tooling
• Open-source contributions or side projects you're proud of
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
