Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and testing. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver reliable, maintainable software. The engineer will participate in architecture discussions, contribute to documentation, and help improve development workflows and tooling.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across the stack.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with modern frameworks (such as React, Vue, Node.js, or similar) and cloud or container technologies is a plus.
