About The Role
We are seeking experienced Frontend Software Engineers to join our team on a contract basis for a specialized AI training project. This role is unique and does not involve traditional application development. Instead, your primary focus will be on creating high-quality technical documentation, detailed examples, and structured outputs that facilitate the training and enhancement of advanced AI systems. Your expertise in frontend engineering will be instrumental in interpreting detailed component style guides and visual references to produce pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic, collaborative environment where clarity in communication and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
- Proficiency in Typescript, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

- Ability to interpret and extend component style guides and design systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently within remote, distributed teams.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science or related technical disciplines is a plus but not mandatory.
- Create precise and high-quality technical documentation and structured examples based on real-world frontend scenarios.
- Evaluate and critique UI implementations, styling choices, and adherence to design standards.
- Interpret component style guides and screenshots to produce accurate, visually consistent UI outputs.
- Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components utilizing modern technologies such as Typescript and CSS3.
- Ensure all UI elements comply with established design systems and accessibility standards to promote usability across devices.
- Collaborate asynchronously with team members through comprehensive documentation and constructive feedback.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications proactively.
- Optimize user interface performance for various devices, focusing on fast load times and fluid interactions.
- Contribute domain-specific insights to support the training and development of AI models, ensuring UI outputs align with project goals.
