🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and evolve the frontend architecture and design system from an early stage
• Partner cross-functionally with product and ops to shape the user experience
• Own features end-to-end – from ambiguous problem to shipped solution
• Improve the frontend tooling stack as you go
• Build dashboards and portals used daily by operators and the families they serve, with real care for sensitive data

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-have:

• Product-facing frontend experience – dashboards, portals, or user-facing apps in production
• Strong React skills (TypeScript preferred, JavaScript acceptable)
• 3–6 years of frontend engineering experience (flexible on the low end for the right person)
• Early-stage or growth-stage startup experience – comfortable without a big support net
• Clear communicator who works well with non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

• Fintech or healthtech background (payments, billing, claims, EHR)
• Storybook or component-driven development experience
• Bootcamp grads welcome – strong, recognizable work experience goes a long way
