About the Opportunity:

The SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER will develop, enhance, and maintain cloud-based applications that support the platform's functionality. This role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver features across multiple products and technology stacks. The position is crucial for advancing the platform’s capabilities, ensuring system reliability, and integrating AI-assisted development to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across diverse products and technology stacks.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver new features, resolve issues, and improve systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code, automated tests, and technical documentation.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services focusing on scalability, security, reliability, and developer experience.
• Develop resilient distributed systems emphasizing performance, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
• Test own code and review code from peers to ensure quality.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS services like Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, Git workflows, and infrastructure as code tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems using tools like Datadog or Amazon CloudWatch.
• Interest in AI-assisted software development tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability across multiple products and codebases.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000.
