The Role
- Develop, maintain, test, and enhance a Microsoft-based web platform for a critical public health division
- Contribute to the modernization of legacy analytical and reporting environments
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, code reviews, and implementation
- Troubleshoot software defects, system issues, and user problems to ensure operational continuity
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials
- Collaborate with diverse teams including software developers, data engineers, and stakeholders
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with 1–3 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing web applications
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
