We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications, backend services, databases, and integration solutions. Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications and software solutions.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Support the implementation of new features, enhancements, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.

API Development & System Integration

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration workflows that enable seamless communication between systems.
• Support the implementation of data exchange and application integration processes.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing API performance and reliability.
• Contribute to service-oriented and microservices-based development initiatives.

Database & Data Management

• Support the design, maintenance, and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write and maintain database queries, scripts, and data-processing workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient access across applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

Automation & DevOps Support

• Develop automation scripts that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support containerized application deployments and development environments.
• Participate in code versioning, source control, and continuous development practices.
• Assist with deployment activities, system monitoring, and environment maintenance.

Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application, integration, and system issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes.
• Help ensure software reliability, performance, and security through best development practices.
• Support incident resolution and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Documentation & Team Collaboration

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Share ideas and contribute to technical discussions and project planning activities.
• Continuously learn and apply modern development tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Python.
• 2+ years of software development experience using modern programming languages.
• 1+ year of experience developing or supporting RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and source code management workflows.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line environments and system operations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and modern web application development concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of full-stack application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with automation scripting and process optimization.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
