Full Stack Developer — Beijing / Shanghai

Build the China instance of a global, cloud-native audit platform

We're partnering with a global, well-known leader in professional services — a firm whose technology function spans engineers, architects and specialists worldwide — to hire Full Stack Developers for a high-visibility, strategic build in China.

This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity: you'll help stand up the China instance of a next-generation, cloud-native audit and assurance platform, working shoulder-to-shoulder with global architects while shaping something local from the ground up.

One thing up front: you don't need to already know our exact stack. We hire for strong engineering foundations and learning speed — and we train for the platform. If you're a solid Java, TypeScript, Python or Go engineer curious about .NET and Azure, please read on rather than screening yourself out.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test and ship features and integrations across the full stack for the China-hosted platform
• Work with global architects and engineers to adapt world-class designs to local needs
• Grow across front-end and back-end over time, with real support and mentoring
• Document designs, APIs and integration patterns clearly — in English and Chinese
• Take part in agile ceremonies with a distributed global team

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university (985/211 or comparable international institution); a strong academic record is highly valued
• 3+ years shipping production software — standout candidates with less experience but exceptional credentials will also be considered
• Real depth on at least one side of the stack: modern front-end (React, Vue or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript) or enterprise back-end (C#/.NET, Java/Spring or comparable) — plus genuine appetite to grow across the full stack
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud or Huawei Cloud) — Azure specifics are covered by training
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, REST/API design, SQL and/or NoSQL, version control, testing
• A track record of learning fast — e.g. you've switched languages, frameworks or platforms before and ramped up quickly
• Working English (around CEFR B2+) for daily collaboration with a global team — assessed at interview, so don't rule yourself out over certificates; professional fluency in Mandarin
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Beijing or Shanghai

Nice to have (not essential)

• C#/.NET Core and/or React with Redux and TypeScript
• Azure — particularly Azure China (21Vianet)
• Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD and DevOps practice
• Azure SQL, MongoDB or Redis
• Exposure to LLM-powered apps or Chinese AI platforms (ERNIE, Tongyi Qianwen, Zhipu)
• Experience with distributed / offshore teams, or China's data & AI regulatory landscape
