Role Description

As a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack Developer / AI-native) at Lanesra, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across our analytics platform, from data ingestion and processing to user-facing dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the founders on product direction, translating AI search and Web3 use cases into robust, scalable software solutions. Day-to-day, you will implement APIs, integrate AI model outputs, develop intuitive web interfaces, and ensure reliability, performance, and security across the stack. You will also help define engineering standards, select tools and frameworks, and contribute to early technical architecture and infrastructure decisions. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features from design to deployment.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building and integrating APIs, data pipelines, and scalable services.
• Expertise in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), creating responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Comfort working with AI/ML tools and APIs (e.g., large language models), and integrating their outputs into production systems.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, relational or NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced founding environment, make pragmatic technical decisions, and collaborate across product and business functions.
• Strong communication skills in English; familiarity with Web3, crypto, or data analytics products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior startup or founding team experience is a plus.
