We fix the broken internal processes and fragmented systems that prevent businesses from operating smoothly. For our current project supporting a client engagement in Rabat, Morocco, we are untangling complicated
data flows and building the practical tools their teams need to manage their daily work without manual workarounds.
The role
We are looking for a Junior
Web Developer to help build the internal interfaces and scripts that connect our clients disparate software systems. This role exists to replace manual
data entry with reliable
automation and to ensure that the tools staff use every day are functional and stable. You will work closely with our senior consultants to turn operational requirements into simple, effective code that solves real business problems.
What you will do - Build and refine front end interfaces for internal dashboards to make them easier for staff to navigate.
- Write and maintain scripts that connect different software platforms to ensure data flows correctly between them.
- Help move manual business processes from disorganized spreadsheets into structured web applications.
- Review system logs regularly to find and fix errors in automated data processing workflows.
- Draft and update technical guides so that client teams can operate their systems after we leave.
- Participate in regular code reviews with senior team members to learn best practices and maintain high quality.
- Perform thorough testing on new features to confirm they handle edge cases without failing.
- Assist in the cleanup and migration of data during major system transitions to prevent loss or corruption.
What we are looking for - Practical knowledge of web development basics including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- An understanding of how data moves through the web using APIs and JSON structures.
- Strong logical thinking skills and a genuine interest in solving technical puzzles within software.
- Competence with spreadsheets, specifically using them to organize and analyze large data sets.
- The ability to explain technical issues in simple, direct language for non technical users.
- A preference for clean code and organized documentation over flashy or unnecessary design.
- High attention to detail when testing software or checking logs for small inconsistencies.
- A self managed approach to work that thrives in a fully remote, written first environment.
What we offer - A fully remote work environment where you can work from wherever you are most productive.
- A permanent, full time position with a focus on long term development and learning.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level professional in the current market.
- Direct mentorship from senior practitioners who value practical results and clear logic.
- A culture that avoids useless meetings in favor of deep work and written updates.
- Exposure to complex business problems that you will not find in a typical agency or startup.
- The chance to see your code immediately improve someone else's workday by removing friction.
- A flat structure where your logical arguments carry more weight than your job title or seniority.
How we work
We operate on the idea that good work is its own reward. We do not spend hours on
video calls to discuss progress: we prefer to document our steps and share updates through clear, written reports. Our engagement with the client in Rabat follows our standard approach: we identify the friction, fix the underlying logic, and stay until the system is stable. Once the internal team can manage the new process without us, we move on to the next challenge. This role is about the practical work of building things that stay fixed, and we value candidates who take pride in that kind of quiet, effective problem solving.
