Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic technical team. You will be involved in the development of large-scale web applications, optimizing performance, and providing innovative solutions to improve systems. This position requires technical leadership and close collaboration with product and project management teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

● Optimize code and improve system performance.

● Build and deploy APIs to connect with external systems.

● Support team members through code reviews and mentoring.

● Make important technical decisions and solve complex issues.

● Collaborate with product, project management, and design teams to ensure product quality and deadlines

Requirements

● At least 5 years as BE Engineer with hands-on experience with Ruby

● Decent communication English skill to work with global members

● Hand-on experience with designing and tuning relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.

● Experience with improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL.

● Experience with designing and implementing asynchronous processes using event streaming services such as Kafka.

● Familiar with cloud computing such as AWS.
