Role: MERN Stack Developer

Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have experience building responsive user interfaces, developing RESTful APIs, and working with modern development tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Build scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong experience with:
• MongoDB
• Express.js
• React.js
• Node.js
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience building responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Technical Skills

• ReactJS
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019
