Role Description The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s websites and web applications. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end functionality, integrating APIs and databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring responsive, secure, and accessible user experiences. The role also involves collaborating with designers and other team members to translate requirements into functional solutions, performing regular updates, and monitoring performance to improve speed and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kabul.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills.
  • Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills.
  • Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages) is beneficial.
  • Experience with databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic security best practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Kabul on a full-time basis.
