You will lead the backend development for our core systems, which manage tens of thousands of job matchings and labor operations on a massive scale. ■ Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in web application development and operations (e.g., Ruby, Go, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin).

- End-to-end development experience covering requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.

- Experience in building and operating web applications using AWS or Google Cloud.

- Strong empathy for the company's mission and vision.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience launching new web services or developing/operating in-house products.

- Experience developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic, and high-availability services.

- Experience with web frontend development (e.g., TypeScript, Next.js).
