About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our cloud-based web banking platform, working across the full technology stack. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative financial solutions that handle over 100,000 transactions daily, enabling our customers to transfer more than 7 billion euros annually with confidence and security. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications, leveraging modern technologies and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX designers, product owners, and agile coaches, to continuously improve our product offerings. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a strong track record in developing modern banking or financial software. Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript is essential, along with solid backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Experience working with cloud services like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and microservices architecture is highly desirable. Candidates should have a good understanding of integrating AI tools into development workflows, with practical experience in building AI applications considered a plus. A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, practicing Test Driven Development, and applying agile methodologies is necessary. Fluency in German at C2 level, enabling seamless communication within the team and with stakeholders, is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our multibanking platform by working on frontend, backend, and infrastructure components, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust system performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize features that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Leverage AI tools actively in the development process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and innovation, from initial idea to deployment and operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools, experimenting with innovative approaches, and integrating best practices into the development lifecycle.
• Ensure system stability, security, and scalability in a high-volume, cloud-based environment, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
